Should my plugs look like this?

Boost is at 17 psi. I want to get my flash from AMS as well as other work on the 31st yet they would prefer I don't have the "random misfire" code before I go in. So, I have to take out my boost controller than take it to the dealer, re-install the boost controller and then go to AMS for my tuning and for my other upgrades i'm getting.
This damn random misfire is almost getting to the point that I want to sell the car. People tell me to search, yet none of the posts that I have read has ANYONE come up with a solution to rid the car of the dreaded p0300.

You can pretty much guarantee that the dealer will blame your mods for any CEL. I believe that the AMS flash can control boost without a MBC. You should give them a call to seek advice. Good luck.
The problem lies here guys. In order for me to get all my stuff done at AMS, they prefer that I have the CEL issue resolved at the dealer before I come in for my appointment on the 31st.
Next problem is the worse one. I come from the N/A world, so by asking me to remove my BC would be like asking me to defuse a bomb. Things may not go well in either circumstance.
How can the dealer deny me what is already a known problem? This only happens in 5th gear at cruising speed, not all the time. If it were due to one of the upgrades on the vehicle, it would'nt be so dormant and would be happening all the time.
How is it possible that there are SOOOOO many people with the p0300 code and Mitsubishi is'nt doing crap about it? If the flash from the factory does'nt cure this, what options are left for me besides hooking up a scanner to erase the codes while I drive?( Which I think is ludacris to have to do)
I must say I love EVERYTHING about my Evo, but this p0300 problem without any known fix as far as I can see, almost makes me want to go back to an S2000.

Are those the stock plugs? If not then switch back to the stock ones and see if your code comes back. I have seen a few cars switch back to stock plugs and rid the 300 code. This is a major problem, but honestly not a reason to sell the car. There is actually no reason it misfires, it just picks it up in the ECU and upsets you. I would love to see an actual misfire, then people with this code would be pissed off.
