cuz he added mark-up. he wants to make a buck or two. thats just business..

you can get the IX turbo install kit from Mitsu dealership for less than $200. (including oil line, coolant line, outlet pipe and new gaskets etc).

If you are paying retail at dealership, you are a sucka!!

Check out various Mitsu dealerships in our own vendor forums. A lot of them offer 30% off OEM parts!

He is right you can get all the parts you need to install the 9 20g on your 8 for about $125. You just need the stock 9 outlet pipe, water and oil lines. We have 2 local customers who have done it already

It was my understanding that the AMS LICP will work when going from the stock VIII to the XI. Anyone confirm this?

Yes, it works on the IX only because it doesn't replace the turbo outlet pipe, but rather connects directly to it, so it can be used on the VIII or IX.

Just a quick question, forgive me if it is silly...Does the whole 20G-9 turbo come with the 10.5 hotside or with whatever you provide? I am still on the 9.8 and need to know if I should upgrade to the 10.5 separately or if the 20G-9 comes with.

All IX turbos have the 10.5 already.
