Can you screw up intercooler pipe replacement?

did you find a better way to reach that bolt on the 8 (tools etc.)? The reason I ask is I might be going back under my car to check the seal. If any of you guys have the gasket OEM stock number that would be great too...thanks.

drop the turbo oil return line it sucks but its the only way to get in there
