Can you screw up intercooler pipe replacement?

One of my employee's said he used to work in a body shop and can install my new Helix Intercooler pipes for $100. Does this require a mechanic or should he be able to do it knowing how to take the bumper off?
Thanks

Not unless you over-tighten the clamps. Other than that its pretty straight-forward.

The bumper is the biggest pain because of the clips, but other than that it is easy.

Its pretty easy, but requires attention to detail to ensure proper fit and no boost leaks.

That im not too sure of, but I'm sure it is posted on here somewhere. I would be interested to find out myself because I'm not feeling much difference since I installed my AMS LICP. Maybe I have a leak... who knows.

You would need a boost leak tester and an air compressor.

You shouldn't feel too much of a difference. The only thing you will probably notice is faster spool. It's like adding a K&N panel filter, I'm sure there is some power gained but you dont feel it.

upper is easier than lower u just may have to smash it a little to fit with the stock battery, lower requires removal of the starter to change the turbo outlet pipe, also dont forget to use a high temp gasket sealer my outlet pipe was leaking until i did.

Maybe Evo9's are different, but I didn't have to remove my starter.
