Car Cover

Who makes a good (not great, just good) car cover for the Evolution? Mostly just for inside storage to keep dust off, etc.

California Car Cover makes a very good product. Custom made for each vehicle in different materials, depending on what kind of coverage your after.

Dude don't pull the pennies when it comes to your car. You get what you pay for and in this case you don't want to pay for condensation build up under your cover. Mitsu is already known for having a $hitty paint job so you might not want to put your self in that kinda perdicament. Covercraft.com sells a wide variety if you wanna look.

I hate to say it, but Wal-Mart sells several levels of "Budge" car covers. The $70 model, which is light tan, breathes well, is lightweight, and comes with a nice stuff bag. I had one for my RX-8 and it was pretty good.

There are lower priced Budges, too. They have a sizing chart which might or might not include the Evo, but in general they are generically sized. I am not sure which model, if any, would accomodate the wing spoiler.

Maybe I'll swing by there tonight on the way home. Thanks!

I've had 2 different car covers on 2 different cars from the same place. Gotta go with the Evolution 4 material, IMHO. I just ordered a custom sun shade from this place:

http://www.autoanything.com/products...on_4_car_cover

I should be getting it tomorrow - I plan on ordering a car cover from them in the next month or two.

I loved the cover for the two former cars, BTW. Very tough material. Prevents if not eliminates dings and dents, and makes it quite hard to steal anything from inside of the car, and hard to steal the car too. Only down side is in a deluge (big **** rain storm) it turns into a sponge somewhat.
