Help a Friend Out

Im posting this for my freind. During the last week my friend has been working his *** off to get his car ready for sema. He is in the car show. He sold his stock rims and ordered 17X9 FNO1RC's in black. He had to barrow someones rims till his came in which should be anyday now. He drove home and back last fridayfrom his college to do this (680 miles in one day). Now when he got back to school he went to sleep and someone backed into his car messing up his rear Bumper. So now he doesnt want to go to sema till he gets this fixed obviously. These are his options that i helped him out with.

A. WONT MAKE SEMA -Cwest replica kit from street concepts. It is very inexpensive but Ill have to pay for shipping from california. I can use the extra money for more performance parts in the future. ($700 and miss sema)

B. WILL MAKE SEMA- Cwest AUTHENTIC rear Bumper, C-West AUTHENTIC Side Skirts with AUTHENTIC Do Luck front lip. I can get it all for 1600 brand new. If i want i can probably switch out front lip for front bumper when it comes in. ($1600 and will make sema)

C. Any suggestions

His mods are:
RSR Downpipe
Greddy EVO2 Catback
EBAY O2 Housing
HKS RS Intake
UTEC With Remote Map Selector
TurboXS Tuner (Bosch
HKS DLI II
Blitz SBC ID Boost Controller
GSC Cams (272i, 272e)
JDM MR BOV
APC Oil Breather Filter
LPI UICP, AMS LICP
ARP Head Studs

Well my next step with my car is to get turbokit and clutch as I have everything else...I need a rear bumper now anyway and I own a bodyshop so I figure this is perfect time to do up a kit. I just can't decide what kit to go with. I could also do evo9 rear but I will have to wait 2-3 months for that and I can't see myself waiting that long.
