Defi HUD VSD Basis - Power help

Defi HUD VSD Basis - Power help
I installed a Defi VSD Basis HUD (Heads Up Display) a few weeks back and it was working great. I powered it off the other day by holding in the power button for like 2+ seconds. Now I can't get it to turn back on.
The Defi site shows this:
Anyone got any advice for me? If I press the power button, it still beeps at me, so that shows the controlling unit still has power. I tried to check my other connection (ground and ecu) and they all looked good still.
The Defi site shows this:
(F)POWER OFF MODE
If MODE/POWER switch is pressed for more than 2 seconds while in any mode, all displays will turn OFF. If the MODE/POWER switch is pressed again, the system will turn on to the last display mode.

Bumping this. I'm not sure what to do. I can't believe something went bad all the sudden, it's just like I can't get it turned back on! When I push (or hold in) the power button it has an audible beep, but no display comes on or changes.
