Are the 05 and 06 BBS rims the same?

Just wanted to know if the new IX MR BBS wheels are the same as found on the 2005 ?

I thought they were exactly the same..maybe not? In every report i hear, they say 'the wheels on the MR go unchanged from 05s to 06s, but the regular IX receives lighter enkei wheel'

All you guys are wrong...there is a difference on the 05BBS and 06BBS.

06 BBS is a year newer.

Wrong, they're forged aluminum (not magnesium), and they are exactly the same for 05 and 06.

They all could have been made in the same manufacturing run in 05, so the 06 wheels might not be a full year newer.
