I'm glad they're going to do something about the car and gave your money back without a hassle.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you'll have a brand new car that *should* have no more headaches and no one else's history of abuse. Hope you're getting a great price on it for this whole ordeal.

So you're losing HIDs with the 03 GSR, but in it's place you're getting so much more mechanically.

are the 03 and 06 headlights interchangable?? I dont think they are but just wondering because if they were i am going to ask for them to be swapped out. Also what is cool is that the old owner had a vortex generator on it and a steering mount boost guage that i took off and will use on my new one . the dealership is also going to pay to have my windows tinted on the new car because i just had mine done.

The mits dealers around here are jerks, so that is nice. Don't get blue though.

i think they are, but youre going to need to take the wiring for the foglights since the 06 doesnt come with em. also youre going to have black/chrome tail lights and silver headlights if you do that.

thats awesome! unlike some other dealer they blame you for the problems and just deny the warranty!

HOLY CRAP!!!! You already are getting your car bought back? I had to go through problems with my SRT for a year before they finally said nothing could be done to fix the problem. You are very lucky and congratulations!!!! Get the grey IX!!!!!

P.S.-- My car was declared a lemon at the beginning of December 2005....I'm still paying on the car and full coverage insurance. Chrysler sucks!!!

FYI guys. Lemon law does not apply to a used vehicle only new. If they are taking care of him either way that is a bonus.

Maybe where you are, but where I'm from (NH), you have to sell the car "as is" if you don't want to get effected by the no lemon law, They even sell cars "as is" with warranty's. I don't know why but they do.
