I was out drooling over my buddy's Evo today, and noticed the corners of the front mesh (in front of intercooler) are bent back. There are two bolts up in the bumper, so this may be to allow access, but was wondering if anyone else's Evo was like this.

Yup, to add a front license plate but I removed mine

 

Mine is like that on both sides also.

 

OK, just wanted to make sure some moron lot tech or something at the dealer hadn't bent them in to adjust the bolts.
