Can anyone tell me where the SRS ECU is located?

Yep I popped a SRS light, removed my belt in favor of 4-point harnesses. I've found the wire I need to cut (pin 8 green wire with yellow stripe) to get rid of the SRS light from a wireing diagram. Also downloaded the $10 manual on our car which doesn't seem to include this section or a few others by the way!
