I've read of some people that have had mitsu dealers install aftermarket clutches. Its not going to "void" your entire warantee, but you can bet that if your tranny goes or transfer case or ACD, you can bet they'll blame it on the "higher clamping pressure plate" causing "extreme stress on the drivetrain components". It really depends on how mod-friendly the Mitsu dealer is that you sent it to. Most aren't. I haven't heard of one yet that has replaced a broken drivetrain part that had a aftermarket clutch installed.

Usually, yes. I find it interesting since South Coast Mitsu actually offers aftermarket clutches.

Their service manager told me a clutch or turbo-back will not effect my warranty. Truth is, i never trust service managers any farther than i can throw them.
