dealership and some problems HELP. thanks

ok so i went to the dealer to replace my wing on the evo. its an 03 yellow evo8. well good new they said they will replace it but there is no more c/f one's left. they said mitsu stoped making them. so what there going to do is replace it with the evo 9 wing. witch has the c/f top but not the sides. whatever i realy dont care about this

now for my brakes. i told him there peeling and what not. he said tuff ****. its my fault. i never got brake fluid on them never washed them with brake cleaner. always washed them with soap and water. he gave me a peace of paper that came from mitsu i gess saying how to take care of them so they dont peel. well now what do i do. if anyone has mitsu corp number please post it. i want to call and fight this.

i also have full paint protection on my car till i sell it or junk it. the dealer said they dont care what i got.

also if you know what other problems the 03 evo's have that the dealer fixes post them so i can get that taken care of. hopfully

and help or info would be great.

Read these posts on the brakes, as they have been covered before.

First one is the best info on the situation.

He gave me a paper from Mitsubishi saying how to take care of the brakes so they don't peel.
Would you mind telling me what those instructions say? Just curious. Thanks.

as it is on paper here. IT SAYS

PURPOSE
affected vehicles are equipped with brembo brake calipers, which have a red painted suface. the clear coating on the brake calipers may bubble off the painted suface, due to brake fluid remaining on the calipers during servicing.

AFFECTED VEHICLES
2003 - 2005 lancer evolution

procedure
IMPORTENT: immediately wash the brake caliper painted surfaceswith mild detergent and water to completly remove all brake fluid. brake fluid will cause the clear coat on the painted sufaces to peel or bubble.

bull ****. cause this started befor i had brake work done and i always washed with soap and water. so im fighting this till i die. but i need help as im looking for numbers to people that can help me.

Not in New Jersey but I am at school in RI and they are taking care of my wing and brakes. The New England reps seem to be a little better from my experience. I live in NY and they didn't give me the time of day.

Still waiting for my wing to come in but the brake is in and they are replacing both with no hard time at all.

The dealership is Ocean Mitsubishi in Warwick, RI. Phone # is (401) 886-0700

Hope this helps.
