Actually its custom built by Garrett, for Owen Development, so he was right. Owen works very closely with Garrett over in the UK, sort of like ATP and Garrett over here I suppose, however Owen's products work.

Yea, the Stig is a badass. He knows how to drive those cars to their limits.

 

the top gear track is also a horsepower track, where the track in the video is a handling high speed transition type track.

 

that lap time for the FQ-400 on top gear was done on a wet track

It seems like a lot of bashing on the noble just cause we all own evos. I doubt that any of us have drivin an fq 400 or a noble for that matter and I bet that the evo did seem to have a lot more turbo lag compared to the noble. Its a much smaller motor with a single turbo. Also It seems like everyone is a little jealous cause they just saw a girl that can run better lap times then they can. I got a real kick from this post. I still love the evo but they are not very comparable cars for the track they just have similar horsepower

That was a load of crap, the Lambo driver was involved with the development of the FQ400 so i'm surprised they made the FQ400 look good.

 

She is not very hot, but driving a car like she can makes her damn SEXY. There is a difference.

 

The fanbois need to pipe down, I'll take the Noble... Some Nobles are considered to be among the best handling cars in the world, if not THE best. They're amazing cars and there is no shame in losing to them, if you're shocked that the FQ400 lost to a Noble you don't know a damn thing about cars.

The noble weighs like 2200 pounds and has a twin turbo V6. It's a damn sexy car, and I saw one on the highway about 2 months ago.

 

umhh. do you even know about the FQ 400? it haves bigger turbo and big lag. it doesn't wake up until about 45-4800rpm.

Also, i love my evo too. but trust me that freaking thing is fast. it's even faster than the Porsche Carrera GT.
