Accolade be warned

Hi,

I ordered a Cf bonnet Trunk and also a spoiler from these clowns.

When I spoke to them I was told all parts were in stock and that delivery would take a week.

It’s now 10 weeks later and still no parts and every time I send an email or try to call I get the same answer from them. I have asked for my cash back but they are not listening and I think these boys are cowboys.

The website is http://www.body-kit.com/ and I would just like to per warn any one who is thinking of getting any thing from them as I am sure they are crooks.

Has any one had a similar problem with these tossers

Please let me know

Reverse the charges back to your credit card, or take them to small claims court. They will have to appear in your city, or you will win the case and the cash if they are a no-show. A summonds will either be mailed or hand delivered to their doorstep, telling them to appear in court on a specific date. I hope that you have a receipt, cause if you paid cash you got scammed! My suggestion is to fill a claim against them, and make sure that you have documented every conversation and contact you tried to make with them in the past. It sounds like they are avoiding you like the plague, so give them what they deserve. Hope this helps you!

Thanks for the input. I now own an 8 and yes i am in dubai.

The reason for the thread is to warn anyone lese who may get drawn into the same trap....

Does any one have the contact number for them in the US as there websit only mentioned srilanka.

i recall even buschur racing even got fed up with them. i for one am glad i was not a cheap *** and just spent the money getting the real jdm 9 rear, rather then dealing with accolade.

It must be hit or miss with this company because I ordered the JDM IX rear bumper and had no issues with shipping or installation of the bumper. All the lines for the bumper match the car perfectly.

Has anyone had any problems with them? The complains have been far and wide with these guys. Maybe you didn't see all the complaint threads, because they got deleted, or did you not look?

ACCOLADE is the worst company when it comes to customer service and shipping products on time. I know that they are the vendors on these forums and most likely they will not reply to this thread simply because everyone will flame them. You can try to pm "Dave@Accolade" and see if u get any reply. If not, email the owner of the company and flame him.

10 weeks and didnt get no refund.. come on Evom and got refund right away... I bet if you never started this thread you wouldnt of got your refund at all... ..

Yeah I have not raised a fuss about my SEIBON hood yet because Dave called me and told me what was going on! I think if most people just sit back and relax then things go alot smoother! I mean yeah I've gone through some crap with them, but people go through crap with everyone now and then, but for the most part all of my issues are resolved by eithr Dave or Dimantha! It can be frustrating to not hear anything and for 10 weeks, but patience is a virtur unless it is a really needful situation like mine in which I can use my car unltil I get my new hood and front bumper for my car's inspection, some states suck. Wish I still lived in Michigan with no vehicle inspections required! Anyway, yeah you can either take the refund that Dave mentioned or you can wait it out like I am. You can't really blame someone when the military is taking all of the CF resources to use for vehicles and what not overseas in Iraq.
