ok so now iam stuck and iam not sure what i want to do for a next step
i have mbc, a utec, fuel pump, bov, ic piping, intake, full exhaust(except for o2 houseing and mainifold).

i dont know what to do next. i want to do alky and cams is there anything else without going crazy that i will see a diffrence?

+1 for letitbreath - I would also consider 10.5 hotside, port manifold, O2 housing(as stated) and Intercooler....check my sig., I have just about everything you do and it does quite well. I have an 04 VIII as well and am definitely considering each of above mentioned. I have a Nisei intercooler, 10.5, O2 coming, so I'll let you know the gains once I get finished.. I have yet to dyno even once, but I will definitely get one done after these mods.. I will also be receiving a AEM EMS.. w/class

what do you guys think about the utec compared to the aem ems?

 

The UTEC is nothing compared to the AEM EMS, but I don't think you have any business getting a full standalone. You'd probably be best off with a basic, cheap flash.

Cams and alky would both give you HUGE gains individually.

there are a lot of threads on this, almost every 03-04 evos upgrade to the 10.5 hotside. It helps with spool and gives a noticibale gain. I have one for sale pm me if you want it.

 

Just purchased the 10.5 from mitsuevoiix.. so I'll let you know of the gains once its on with my works O2.. As for the track, I plan to do nurburgring, bitburg and some others in the area. I'm not one to 1/4 mile. I like power, but like to race more on the track. Power means nothing if you don't put it down.. good luck though.
