EVO IX Purchase...too late?

I have been a faithfull follower of all things EVO for quite some time and I have a question regarding the production numbers of the current model.
This coming August I will finish paying off my current vehicle (SRT-4) and will be able to turn into the darkside and purchase and EVO IX. Somewhere in the forums I read that by that time (August) it will be very difficult to find a new MR or even a GSR..can anyone shed some light into this. Your help and input is much appreciated. Thanks

You'll be able to get an Evo IX SE right when it comes out...

if you are going to part ways with your srt anyways why not trade it now instead of waiting to pay it off. or you could just wait for the se ix and mr for 2007 that are supposed to be released last quarter of this year. but they might be harder to get deals on considering the production should be drastically lower than this years evos and msrp may be a little more.
