300? That's 3 hours of labor. NO way would Mitsu charge only $300 under any normal circumstances. Even speed shops charge 600-800. It's a 10-hr job on the books, so that's only $60-80/hr. Mitsu charges $100/hr. THis is very normal...no idea how you got them to do it for $300.

$800-1000!?! Does that include strippers or somthing?

My local Mitsu Dealership says 5 hours at $65 an hour so $300 seems alright.

I think I'll have Mitsu do mine for about $180. But then again, I'll have them install my new cluth while they're doing the 3rd gear syncro TSB. They can only charge 10% to replace parts while performing the service bulleting work.

Yeah, they offered me that deal, but honestly, I don't like them touching my car at all.

i got my act street clutch and flywheel for 650 shipped and then got it installed for $350, so i can believe someone got it for 300. This install was done w/o any discounts or anyhting, so it is a legit price if u live in the columbus, ohio area

I've never seen a mitsubishi stealership charge 100 per hour. Going rate is between 70 and 80 per hour. At least in the D.C. and NYC suburban areas. I've had mitsu do cluth installs for 500-600.
