I just paid 650 bucks for a ACT Xtreme Duty Clutch Kit from Lancershop.com

Wow, that feels like a lot of money for a clutch!!! Anyway it should arrive in a few days.

I just need to find a shop to intsall it.

props on the clutch purchase. local dealer charges 11.5 hours on an install for one of those. local guy wasn't too happy due to the fact that warranty didn't cover it.

650 for the clutch itself? Mattgold(evom vendor) is selling them for like 470 shipped. But hey, its for the EVO, its worth it.

You're acting like that's expensive...but that's very cheap. How much do you think a clutch should cost. A new stock clutch isn't much less than that. Your install will cost around $800-1000, btw.

 

I paid $495 shipped for my ACT XTSS clutch....

paid $500 for install labor

 

I hope for that much your getting more the just the clutch disk. it should at least include a pressure plate.

 

Of course it's not just the disk - it's the whole kit. What would make you even say that?

i paid $300 for mitsu to install my clutch.
