Launch and shifting issues now

Give me some input here this is the problem. If I punch it from 5mph let's say I can easily no lift shift every gear easily.

If I launch it 5.5K it will grind 2nd every single freaking time if I no lift shift or not. Now I know there must be a mechanical explanation for this, but I don't know what it is.

Stock clutch and no signs of slipping.

Well, the stock clutch doesn't like to be no-lift shifted to begin with, but there's no reason for it to be any different from a launch or a roll. Are you sure you're shifting at the same rpm in both cases, and is it only the 1-2 shift?

that doesn't make much sense, do you have a front motor mount at all?
