That part that you should be talking off is held on be lots of allen screws (the part that the vacuum line is attached to). After you take all of those off, you should see a spring and a rubber diaphram.

can someone post pics so people don't destroy their HKS valves?

Also, where are you buying these springs to put in?

The only way you can destroy it is to rip the rubber diaphram. Unless you take a razor blade to it I don't see that happening.

I think you can purchase springs at your local hardware store.

Do you not read. There is a metal ring on the mounting point without takeing off the mounting point and you can get to the last 2 allen screws.

For those two, just use needle nose pliers to turn the screw and push down with your fingers on the nut. The nut should stay in place because of the dip in the metal acts like a socket. After about 2 turns with the pliers, the screw should be finger loose now.

If you don't want to do it that way (the long way), then take that whole metal piece off (the part that the recirc fitting goes on). You can take it off by loosening all of the allen screws. That will make all the other allen screws easier to get to.
