that's not for every gear, is it?

This is sort-of related and I haven't been able to find a real reason.. and I can't remember how the car acted before the parts were installed...
With a MBC/catless TBE, why do higher gears hold more boost? 6th gear pulls 21.5 at most, but the lesser gears don't come close.

Wheelhaus, you're seeing more boost in higher gears due to there being more load. It's standard.

Mitsu doesn't state which gear, but it would be 3rd gear or higher.

mine does some odd stuff, like if its not warmed up completly it will cut boost down to less than 1 bar under load. has any body else experianced this?

kinda embarassing, I took a friend from work for a ride at lunch and every time I got on it, it would hit approx 19 psi then cut to 13 or so. I dont think it was fully warmed up and I figured it was a bad tank of fuel cause I filled up with shell premium at a station that just changed over from bell fuels to shell. however after I filled up with bp amoco ultimate it still cuts boost if I dont have at least 5-10 min of drive time in

Mine does that as well. You don't want to start railing on a cold engine and the ECU knows that. Save your engine and turbo, wait until it's fully warmed up.
