High flow cat question

I just received a high flow cat I ordered from Ultimate racing. Looking inside there is a screen on each side, do all high flow cats have this screen in them?

Do you know what a catalytic converter is and what's inside one?
Yes all cat's have that honeycomb stuff in there.
