Sorry, but it is quite rare to see an VIII hit 350-370whp on pump. More like 330-350whp for those mods on pump gas.

Also, I'd like to know where you get a MEgan o2 AND header for only 290. Additionally, that's a good way to get a cracked header. That's also not including coating which is important. You get less stability and less power for more money - not a good idea.

Need to add a BOV.

Nothing "right" about HKS cams. They work, but they aren't anything special over other available cams (GSC, Comp, Buddy Club, etc).

Dont you ever go on ebay? You should check it out sometime. They have manifolds for evos for like 100-1000bucks then they have o2 housings for like 65-100bucks.

Also arent the buschur manifolds alone like 220? Then the o2 housings are also about another 200. Its still a good price IMHO.

Tolga (volki's brother) runs that exact set up and put down 350awhp (not corrected) at TT dynojet and 370awhp (corrected as far as I know) last week on a dynojet in va (the special dyno day they had for eastcoastboost members)

Volki gets the megan package for 290. He has it in Yasin's, his own, and Tolga's 05s. You can pm him to get it.

Agreed on the bov, but I would only go with Jun, HKS, or Comp on the cams. Thats just me honest opinion.

I'd have to see the dynograph showing 370whp on an VIII with pump gas. I've seen maybe 2 ever, and it is extremely rare. Even 350whp is rare even for those mods. I don't know how he would gain 20whp from one dynojet to the next either, because TT's dynojet certainly isn't known for reading low. The Megan header alone is over 200, then the o2 is 100. They may have some way they are getting them for way less, but it doesn't change the fact they are prone to cracking and are not coated, which is very important.

Skilmatic, it's $175 each for a Buschur ported/coated manifold and hotside, then 200 for the COATED o2 (same style as Megan).

Clayton,

Ask Volki to post the graph up on dcevo. I just spoke to him yesterday and he is getting the same set up for Dade.

In all honesty, Tolga didn't have the header/o2 combo when he got tuned at TT, but installed it right before his last dyno session so I am guessing it made quiet a difference.

In any case, I agree that the Megan headers have been known to crack but which header doesn't at some point in time. It comes with a one year warranty too. Coated is obviously better but money wise its a great deal.

BTW, I am heading to TT this Monday 22nd. They already promised me btw. 340-350 with my current set up so I am keeping my fingers crossed. I just have the install my fuel pump when I get there.

Hmm they need to fix their pricing then on their website. Unless if maybe I am looking at the wrong spot?

It was never updated after it got lowered, SKILMATIC.

34, yes you should get 340-350 on a IX after your TT tune, but we are talking about VIIIs here. You asked which headers don't crack right after I said multiple times that the stock ported/coated manifold is best? The stock cast manifold will not crack, and it makes more power while retaining the stock look, then it is also coated for this price. The only reason to get the Megan is if Buschur can't get you a ported/coated stocker in a timely fashion.

Yeah you need to tell them to update it. However, I think alot of people are into the bling look.
