Yeah, and the ones for the Skyline are like $1,400 +. I've been looking at those Nagisa CT9A tails for sometime now. From my understanding you send them your tail-lights and they do the LED conversion and send them back to you. I just thinking $1,200 for tails is a little too much.

If they are under 600 I would consider them. It's not like regular JDM MR tails need LEDs that badly so paying such a premium just doesn't seem worth it at all....

MAYBE 700.....

Don't they make led bulbs that you can just insert into the tail lamp? Why pay all this money to have them "built in"?

If it was that easy to "insert" them, 90% of Evo owners would already have them.

www.hidplanet.com Has some great info in their LED section...Takes plenty of time and patience...Its something I'm also looking into doing in the future.

to make these cost way too much... the molds itself for the lights would cost over 75K...
the only way ill break even if i sell a lot of them which isnt going to be easy unless I have 1000 orders ready.. lol

Don't the regular Evo tails have a kind of LED look to them in a circle pattern? I don't really think we need them anyway

I wouldn't buy LED taillights, as I see no benefit from their installation. OTOH, I would buy (non-HID) headlight assemblies that would allow me to use higher wattage low-beams.

Isn't the LED tail light originally from Nagaisa, a tuner in Japan? The pic that you showed is their car. Well if you're able to duplicated, that would be awesome. I'm interested.
