has anybody experienced the ebay vortex generator? quality wise is it worth it or should i just go and buy one off one of are good vendors of evom? i mean its somewhat of a price difference but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.

 

i believe some modifications are required to make it fit right. i'm not exactly sure what, but that's what i recall.

 

i see, so basically no 3m tape? lol im wondering if anybody has any pics of it on their car. i dont believe there is any visble difference.

 

You may have to do a search, but I recall a guy posting pictures of a VG he got for like $30 or $40. He needed to do some shaving to make it fit. If that's your cup of tea to save some bucks then get the eBay one.

 

well thats why i was asking, i did search and jack came up. but yea if thats involved hell with it then might as well buy an oem one

Ebay = Poo! i installed mine i bought from mitsu myself and i cant imagine modifyin one to fit i would just go to mitsu and get one but then again i get super cool emplyee discount

 

I got mine off of ebay and it fits perfectly. If you decide to go w/ebay then check the sellers feedbacks to make sure they sell a quality product. I have bough many things off of ebay and so far so good.

 

Appauldd installed one on his car and did a write up on it. I can not find the link right now but if you ask him he will tell you all about it. He is leaving soon for military so you may want to catch him today. I have seen the one he did and it looked good. I hope this helps.

i dont know , i just seen that z-1 auto has a VG got sale and it can be color coated. so i'll see.

how much is this Ebay VG that you're planning on buying? I saw one on Ebay for a CF VG that's much cheaper than the vendors here but not sure about fitment. Pls post pic of it on your Eblue. GL!!

 

i've seen that also, but as a few others said its going to be a pita job fixing it up to fit on. as opposed to an oem one you would buy from one of our vendors. as i said im still awaiting to see if Z-1 will color coat mine.

 

Just buy one from derek88 thats where I got mine. Im not sure if he paints the blue or not but you can always get it painted in the states. Cheap and perfect fitment
