Do you miss what you traded in for the Evo?
always wanted an evo and loved the aggressive look of them. had a VW gti 1.8t 20th anniversary. finally made the move when I got a chance to drive a couple on the lot and they offered $19 k for my gti and sold me my MR for invoice. the evo is much better car performance wise..I drove my friends R32 a few days after I bought her and it is a slug compared to the evo and nowhere near as nimble, even when I drive the bosses mb cls 55 amg I think man my car can take this car 0-100 
the only thing I'll miss about the gti is The VW scene and community...this sight is small compared to the vwvortex.com

I traded in a 94 acura intergra gsr...i've had my evo for a year , and no i don't miss my old ride...It was kool while i had it ,but the evo just blows it away in every aspect...

After owning a 2003 Sonic Edition WRX and spending $7000 in engine upgrades alone, 2 trannys and a lot of money in labor definately I do not miss my WRX a bit.

I had no choice, my truck was stolen. It was a modded 2001 Ford diesel F-250. It was probably about 400hp, 700 lb-ft with plans for more. I still have parts for it that had yet to go on. I miss that thing.

Well, I didn't trade it, but later sold it off for a pretty penny due to both it and the Evo costing me $1k a month in payments. I miss my 00' Type R... what a glorious induction sound it made with the AEM CAI on it. I ran the OE JDM header, CarSound 2.5" cat, SMSP reducer to OE exhaust. That car was so much fun... raw. To be honest, I enjoyed driving it more than the Evo I think. Of course my Evo is a beast by comparison, but the R felt more like it belonged on the tarmac. It was so much more involving than the Evo... and I think that was what I enjoyed so much.

haha, i never miss the pile of crap i traded in when i got my evo.
it was an 02 mercury cougar, and i blew the engine up on the way to trade it in, they had to flatbed that POS to the dealer.

Had a 05 STI with 7k in upgrades and got my 05 EVO, put AMS stage 1 on and the EVO beat the STI!!
No I'm not sad I got rid of the STI. I'm sad I didn't get the EVO in the first place and put the 7k in the EVO build I'm doing now.

I traded in my 2004 Mazda RX-8 for my EVO IX MR. I really miss alot about the RX-8, it drove so well, it just lacked power and after waiting awhile It came to be known that there was not many upgrades availabe for the newer 13b rotary in the RX-8, the greddy turbo kit did jack diddly for power. So after two years I traded it in on a car that I knew had the potential for power. My EVO 9

To get my Evo I traded a.... Um wait, what did I have before?? It was a..... No, hang on, it will come to me... Oh that's right a....... I can't remember... I'm sure I miss it though.

I traded in an Mustang GT convertible for my Evo. I have missed it a couple of times, but not much. It was lightly modded. I really liked the look of it, and the convertible aspect, but I still like my Evo more. I am pretty attached to my Evo, on top of the fact that I am trying to get out of the habit of trading in my car ever two years or so or a new one. I am gonna keep this one for a while.

yea i really want to kick my self in the ***! the main reason for getting rid of it was it was terrible in the winter, and hard with two car seats. but the evo is a better choise. plus with all the jdm crap i got for this one im in to deep
