Do you miss what you traded in for the Evo?

I hear people saying they traded in their G35, DSM, 350Z, RSX, S2000, RX-8, Celica, or whatever they had for their Evo..So I was just wondering, do you miss your old ride? How you probably put mods into it or if one of your parents gave it to you as a graduation gift? Don't get me wrong, I know the feeling how once you drive an Evo and get used to it, every other car won't be the same, like as if any other car is just well, a car and nothing more.

I definitely disagree with this statement. I have a 400whp daily driven evo and test drove an Infinity M45 yesterday and I didn't want to drive the evo home . That car is feaking sweet.

I tend to get attached to my cars, now matter what they are. I traded in my 2003 Eclipse GTS for the Evo. The Evo is a superior performer in every aspect, but I just miss the Eclipse sometimes. It was comfortable, nice-looking and more luxurious than the Evo. I miss my 2001 Civic for a variety of reasons, as well. When the time comes to get rid of the Evo, well, I'm not going to think about that.

The only thing I miss from my old car was the blower whine (8psi on a Jackson Racing supercharger) on my 2000 Ford Contour Zetec.

I miss nothing I used to have, but I've never owned anything listed above either lol. It's hard to drive the Saturn (other car we have) even once a week.

I sold my two Civic Hatchbacks, one with crazy JDM stuff and a 91 Nissan 300zx twinturbo that runs 12 sec @ the 1/4.
I never really miss any of the 3 car I sold, but sometime I feel bad for letting them go. The 300zx got no attention at all, I drove around town and no one ever bother to turn to look at it. The 2 civic...will it got too many fans so it was fun while it last but nothing compare to my EVO IX MR yet.

I miss my 2000 Civic Si. The car was so much fun to drive and I had such big plans for her, turbo, etc. I do agree with the guy above about the sound of vtec, it was awsome when it kicked in. I have been playing with the idea of getting another 2000 si in the future to play around with but I love my Evo and no matter what I would never part with her.

I had a black 98 240SX and miss it all the time. I get attached to my cars though. It's like they're members of the family. It was my first decent car and took me forever to save money and build credit to get it. So, it had an extra special place for me.

If I had my way I wouldn't sell anything, just accumulate more vehicles.

Having had a 05 MR and having to sell it (too many projects going on at once) - I definately miss the MR and can't wait to get another one - started looking at DSMs to hold me over (have owned 7-8 over the years) and they just don't compare to the joy of driving an Evo.
