You should get the new Buschur racing exhaust the one with the bullet muffler, little bit louder than the magnaflow, but not much...

True... if we personally did'nt think it sounded nice, we would'nt have bought it.. haha
Your best bet is to try and find someone in your area with the exhaust you're considering and listen to it. I think most people buy their exhaust without having any idea what it will sound like until it's installed. You can also read some reviews.

Does anyone know what happened to that link for the sound bites (on CalEvo)? It's dead now. I really want to find that site again.. searching just kept getting me the dead link.

Check out the magnaflow system, its devoid of a resonator and it has a really nice
deep sound. u can check out their sounclips at their website.

Would a magnaflow system be any quieter than the Vishnu Signature (w/magnaflow muffler), or the Buschur (w/magnaflow)? Are all these basically going to give you the same sound?

I had the Vishnu and dumped it because of the gawd aweful droning resonance at about 2400rpm. It gave me headaches when cruising. WOT was great. Idle was a little boomy, but not bad.

I'm considering the Buschur w/magnaflow, but am afraid it'll be exactly the same.

Thanks for the good words on our exhaust guys.

Our systems now are the best you can buy. I'll put them up against anyone for fit, power, weight, quality etc.

The new bullet muffler is just freaking amazing. One of the best changes we have ever made. That with an offroad pipe is loud, but not loud to the point where I find it annoying. Our older BR race muffler got to the point where it would bother me if I drove for any length of time. The new bullet muffler never gets that way to ME. Remember my car is ultra loud inside too, as it is an RS with absolutely NO sound deadener in it anywhere.

If you want to tone it down some the best way to do it is keep the car legal and install our high flow 3" cat. It really knocks the noise level down and you won't have to worry about getting a ticket for running the car catless.

Also if you are looking for a V-band system we have that as an option now too. Another thing we ship the system all completely enclosed in one box now, so UPS can't damage them.

The entire turbo back shipped is $825. This give you your choice of any of our mufflers and an offroad pipe or high flow cat, also includes installation hardware, mechanic CEL fix.

Thanks.
