Here are few scans from local magazine which lately reviewed euro spec evo IX and 06 STI. The review itself is nothing new though they also brought cars to the wind tunnel.
The red arrow represents lift at air flow of 40m/s (around 144km/h or ~90mph), the blue – at 55m/s (approximately 200km/h or 124mph). The lift is measured in newtons. One newton equals roughly 0.22 lbs.
For charts see attached images.

so the sti has some super downforce action going on in the back huh? oh well the mitsu is better in the front!

Heh, so I'm not the only one. I get the "point" of the first set of pics, as well as the overall cD of drag on the last one. Both cars are not very aerodynamic, but the Evo is one one thousandths better. Yea. Originally Posted by Eggy

maybe the reason why the sti had more rear end down force is because it had more lift on the front end which transfer the car's weight to the rear. just a thought.Originally Posted by WW IX RS

I dont think it woks like that. I really wish someone would do this to an evo with and without the rear wing.Originally Posted by honda-guy

It has to work like that, unless you're willing to say those forces will actually make the evo's frame flex.Originally Posted by LetItBreath

No vortex generator on the Evo IX. It would be interesting to see how much that changes things.
