I believe the white rabbit was rendered completely obsolete by the new 20g turbo. If the rabbit interests you look at the 20g kits available.

The EVO9 20g-5 is the best incarnation of this unit available at this time. Give Buschur a call, he is our distributor for this item.

The Evo-9 white rabbit is much better than the old Evo-8 version. I plan to go with it eventually.

Isn´t the difference between the 20G-9-5 and the WR-9 purely semantic? If I´m not mistaken they are for all intents and purposes the same creature.

Eventually, myself, I think I´ll upgrade my TME to a WR-9-TME, eventhough a short while back I was set on getting a TME-9, now I want the WR´s 5-bladed compressor wheel inside the IX compressor housing spooled-up by a clipped TiAl turbine wheel spinning inside of a ported 10.5 turbine housing. I´ll bet I can order one from Buschur. Now, I just need the cash.

ok my gess would be if the w/r came with tme inturnals it would be a w/r/tme. so you are right.

i never hurd of tme-9 turbo. not saying they dont make one just saying i never hurd of one.

if w/r is what you want. then id say yes w/r/tme would be your winner. but look into the b/r 20g9-5 1st. you may change your mind

did i make sence. i dout it.

The TME-9, as far as I know, was a concept first proposed by Trinydex. I think it is basically a TME turbo, which has the lightweight turbine wheel, combined with the IX turbo´s improved compressor housing. Really, it is a cheaper way to get the same performance as the JDM IX turbo which has magnesium internals and is way expensive.

The WR was originally a TME based turbo to begin with. You had two options. Send in your stock core and have it upgraded or buy the WR outright with the TME internals. I suppose three options if you already owned a TME and sent it in for the upgrade.

Thanks for the info. I guess then that a TME-WR would be a redundancy, since as you pointed out, WR´s all come wth the TME internals. That makes it easier. I´ll eventually get a WR-9...but I still think that a WR-9 is the same thing as a 20G-9-5(except for the TiAl turbine wheel), or am I lost once again?

well....there really hasnt been any solid proof that the WR compressor wheel is what went into Buschurs 20g-9-5. But most of us speculate that is what it is. You are correct that it is not built on the TME internals. When Buschur tried that on his original 20g-8w/TME he had surging issues. There is nothing to say that would happen with the 20g-9-5 as no one I know of on here has tried that combo yet. I also think that BR turbo has a modified turbine wheel as well but you would have to double-check that one. I am 99% sure of it though.
