how would an aftermarket intercooler help on a IX in trying to get to 400 WHP?

im posting here as well becouse i have an evo 9 and i want to tune it safe...but at the limit!
Now i have hks downpipe, testpipe, and hks silent hipower central and catback.
i have as well an ecutek flash.
im waiting for a k&n drop in filter.....
WHAT NEXT... PLEASE TELL ME WHAT PARTS TO GET IN THE ORDER.
