Sequential Shifters!!

anyone know if any of the sequential shifters are better than the others? I have found this company, IKEYA, they seem to make the best shifter. Has anyone had any expierience with these shifters or coul reccomend any others? here is the link to the ikeya shifter IKEYA SHIFTER

you cant even use their brand, it says 5 speed only.

I have a race car evo 8 with a 5 speed dogbox, i think it'll work

I think it's cool that you can use it on a non - dogbox tranny.

I'd be curious to see how well it works when mated to a standard issue 5 spd.

think about it, when ur dragging its a straight shot into the next gear and u cant accidently skip a gear like from 5th to 2nd instead meaning to go to 4th (kind of a long shot, but anything can happen when thinkin about cornering and not thinking about ur shift at the track).

it's pointless using them if you don't have a dog box, you'll wear out the synchros pretty quick

A customer of ours has one of the Iekya shifters. Very cool. Works well. Took me a few minutes to be comfortable using it, but once you're set, it's a blast.

Smooth, solid shifts.

Reverse is engaged with a lever. You would be hard pressed to hit reverse without really trying.

Did you all source it for him and / or install it for him?

If not, do you all know how difficult it was to get ahold of and install?
