well summer is here and the evo's need washing. so what do you guys use to clean the seats, carpet, dash, doors inside and what do you use out side. how is zamol. saw it at autozone for 14.00 bucks. good stuff or no?. and i here alot about zaino. well i also here there is a lot of different kinds. well what are you useing. where to you get it. thanks alot. and i hope this thread help's others in keeping there boost babies clean.
I have always been a fan of Mothers Preserves is a great all-round product. It has a nice scent and shines up interior plastics not in the way Armorall gets everything all slippery and greasy. It works great in engine bays and really well on wheels and tires where again it doesn't make the tires greasy which I am not a fan of, but leaves a clean surface.
As for exterior, I like McGuires NGX wax and the McGuires quick detail is a great product for quick shine up's when the surface is already fairly clean.
It is a fairly new product that I use in my body shop, called Liquid Ice made by Norton. It is very awesome and is an all purpose cleaner. And it smells like Starburst so you kinda feel like drinking it!!
Disclaimer: 05Evolution8MR does not recommend drinking Norton Liquid Ice as it may be harmful to your health

Vinylex, Lexol, Plexus, Stoners IG, and 303 Aerospace Protectant can be found at marine supply stores and some auto parts stores.
Zaino has to be ordered online.
p21s/s100 can be found at any Harley-Davidson dealership.
Klasse twins can be found at most Lexus, BMW, and even some Toyota dealerships in the parts department.
I have never seen any 1 Grand products in stores, I usually order it online.

As for Zaino, I bought the $114 car kit from the Zaino store. It includes everything you need to give your car a pretty nice shine. I would also suggest you get yourself some nice microfiber towels. http://www.autopia.org has lots of information on good places to find microfiber towels that pass the "CD scratch test". Basically, before touching anything to your car run it over a CD a few times. If it doesn't scratch the CD, then it won't scratch your car.
Here is the URL for the kit I ordered...

I only would suggest this one ^ if you have leather, if not then there is a bunch of extra stuff you wouldn't require. Instead, you should instead get this kit for much cheaper...

One thing I really like is "Pro Honda Spray Cleaner & Polish" available at any Honda dealer. You can use it on any surface. I've used it on the paint, the wheels, tires, dash, glass, under the hood. I think mostly motorcyclists use it because you can detail your entire bike with it, but it's only $4.95 a can and works great on a car too.
