Take it back to Buschur! That is all anyone should have told you. No one here can test drive your car and tell you if it is the car or your driving. So, again take it back to Buschur.
They will be able to tell you, because there is something very wrong with stage V Evo XIII and a 12.9@106.

It seems like you're driving alright. I mean there is some room for improvement, but that isn't the issue here.

What we are looking for now as other things have been ruled out is:

-Elevation, how high up are you
-Boost leak, do a pressure test, check out evomoto.com for the how to. This is the most likely cultpret. Your boost gauge will still show full boost even if you have a boost leak, CHECK IT.
-lastly, it could simply be the track, but this is very unlikely. If you are at anything lower then Colorado elevation, and have no boost leak, it is time to try another track and see what happens there. This event is very unlikely, but always a possibility.

Other then that it is a much better idea for you to get water/meth/alky injection first. You will get more power, and it is much safer.

Though i thought meth injection was part of the upgrade sequence? Am i wrong?

my 60' on that run was also a 1.8,

I have done a compression test on the cylinders and i have done a pressure test up to 25 psi on the intercooler system and no leaks.

There are no other options then except elevation and track. What elevation are you at? If less them 5000 ft then you need to go to a different track and see what happens.

Yes that is what i was implying, but no nobdy here can tell you what's wrong with your car. Sell it an start over, this is the weirdest thing i have ever heard.

back to the nitrous... nitrous is great and its not bad for your car if its properly tuned... an 80shot with proper amount of 110oct gas and a good tune should be perfect and quick.. only problem is that it gets adicting.. and you want more.... the power is amzing when you spray.

Ah cool. Someone from the area! How often do you get out to TVR? I've been out there plenty of times to watch, and have heard that the track sucks, as in getting the cars to hook up. From what I've heard its "iffy" some weekends for the track condition. Basically what I'm trying to say, its probably not the best prepped track ever. What do you expect, we're in the middle of no where!

Did you run it on a test and tune weekend?

I'm going to shoot ya a PM. Gl with your situtation...

Maybe I'll run mine sometime soon, just to see what I can do stock...
