Any rubber seal. The Valve cover gasket, valve stem seals, cam seals, front and rear crank seals just to name a few.

And dont forget, the LSD unit needs to be worked to keep lube between the plates.

warm it up and drive it around the block a couple times once every few weeks. once a month should be ok.

you,ll have to change the oil a lot more frequently as the longer it sits in any weather, especially cold weather you get a lot of moisture building up in your oil(crankcase) which causes sludge. just warming it up every now and then will not produce enough heat to burn the moisture out of your oiling system. Like it was said a good highway drive for at least a half hour or more should keep most of the moisture out and keep things loose and lubed.
