these are electronic flip up plates that comes with a switch that lights up when activated. I mounted the switch on the side of the center console between the drivers seat. only one shop I know sell these kits...

below you can see the actuall motor...dont mind the black duck tape. I used a few layers of tape to cushion the unit so it doesnt touch the metal trunk. videos coming soon...

I think Autoloc makes a kit. Is a couple hinges and relays bet you could make it yourself if you really wanted too .

Now, you should get one that flips around 180 and gives a different plate number. Sorry...I guess I've watched The Transporter a few too many times.

I dont know if these work in the US... you guys have highway patrols and cops everywhere lol...the only ones I saw in LA are the ones that catch you for running a red light. over here those lazy cops leave it to the speed cameras

ya we got crazy cops over here. I like it though. Nice idea. But id rather not have another excuse to run from cops.
