Proper storage of the gas cap on the clip
It never ceases to amaze me that not one gas station attendant on earth knows how to put our gas caps in the clip when pumping gas. Apparently most Evo owners don't know how to store their gas caps either? I did a search and couldn't find a how-to, so, here is how you do it:
Step 1: Remove gas cap.
Step 2: Put it in the clip (see picture). EDIT: It fits best when the handle on the gas cap is either perpindicular or parallel to the edge to be clipped onto.

Installation is the reverse of the above steps.

*EDIT* I'm being sarcastic here........If you couldn't tell by the slots on the cap that it was made to fit on there........I feel for you

WOW...Such a helpful contribution to this thread...absolutely amazing...that you don't realize nobody cares about your opinion. Go put it in your diary on myspace...
I too didn't know what to do with it either. In fact I told my wife I couldn't believe that on a car that cost so much, you had to just let it hang against the side of the car. On other cars, the "cap hanger" is OBVIOUS.
