You can, but you will lose all functionality of your rear seats when you have the 4-pt hooked up. The left and right ends of the lap belt will attach where the lower mounts for the front seatbelts are. The shoulder belts will go through the slots in your seat and back to the rear seat lower seatbelt mounting point. These are under the rear seat cushion. Schroth makes a nice setup. I am sure someone on here has pictures to show what I am talking about if you search.
