how high do you rev up before moving from a full stop?

1000-1200 from a standstill on a flat surface. Now if the A/C is blasting, I have four other people in the car and I'm on a hill, maybe 1900-2000.

Lol i forgot about the a/c, i got a few fat friends but no hills...But yea it does make a difference in the amount of gas u gotta give the car when taking off...
