This is horrible. I feel so bad for all of the people that got scammed from this d@ckhead. I've been in this situation before and it's not fun. It's not like this guy was just selling shift knobs, oil catch cans, or fuel pumps... This dude was selling AEM's, Supra's, Leather seats, etc! Just be patient, Paypal is real good about resolving issues with buyers. You'll get your money back. Good luck with the processes. And by the way, did anybody let any of the mods know about this formally? They will help make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I'm sure they've read this thread, but someone should shoot them a PM with a link to this thread.

Maybe "nhsean69" has any info because from looking through "vtlaxplaya16" 's sales feedback he met him somehwere to make a purchase. Just a thought.

No you won't get you money back! Paypal already found in my favor, but the loser doesn't have any money in his account to refund my money! Paypal sucks since they'll gladly take money from your account and tell you that they can investigate a claim for you, but will do nothing about getting the money back for you!
This seller needs to respond and respond quickly or else he will be paid a friendly visit from the "community". There are a bunch of other people he scammed and I was one of them.
I am glad someone posted this as I was going to start a thread on my own.
This is only the beginning. The seller has pissed off a lot of members on the board.

FTW, I have called him on several occassions and left a couple messages. I have been able to talk to him only ONCE and he said he would ship out the items. I have not heard anything about tracking numbers for almost three weeks.

He gave me an excuse of his paypal account being frozen because of my claim that I had filed. And in order for me to get a refund, I would have to release my claim first! BS
If things don't get resolved through my CC company and PayPal, THEN i will start investigating and use some of those CT resources.
