Ok, well, either way; if he has had your money or products against your consent for any amount of time, that is theft. Plain and simple, no different than if he had mugged an old lady for her welfare check, THEFT. Even if he gives the money back tomorrow, you all have a case. All he can possibly hope for is to give the money back NOW and hope that you all forgive and forget and proceed no further with legal action.

just my educated opionion, of course.

Yup, i know him, went to school with him. This is rather dissapointing to hear, but not so much surprising as i've had several people tell me stuff like this. Good luck to all with refunds or whatever you feel necessary.

lol if you guys still havent gotten your money back from this tool that is sad. step up and do something about the situation jesus you've had plenty of offers from us ct people to help out and people have given you #'s to call and offered advice on how to take care of it so do something.
