Does anybody know the Greddy Ti exhaust is 50 states legal or not ? THanks !

It's 50 states overpriced, 50 states loud as hell, and 50 states only gonna make about 10whp while only saving you a 50 states approved 8lbs over a Buschur. It is _not_ legal in VA - that's for sure.
