Do you have the stock Brembos, or is it another brand? The Brembos are supposed to squeak and have great braking power.

I can't remember the last time I went around the track in reverse....

If you have stock Brembo's then they don't suck. If you have aftermarket pads then they quite possibly do suck and you need to get some new ones. Hawk HPS are great pads for the money.

Mine do the same thing, and they work just fine.

Sucky Pads + Squeaking = bad.

High Performance Pads + Squeaking = okay!

When I reverse it sqeauks like my old DSMs. I know DSMs had that issue, but Evo's do too?

It doesnt happen when its cold, only when the brakes get warmed up..

Is this normal? Should I bring it back to the dealer?

Another thing i'm experiencing is when my brakes have warmed up, under almost any load of braking my driver side front wheel brakes sqeauk loudly. I think the rotor is warped, all other sides of the brakes are fine except that one side.

I have a 2006 IX GSR w/ 4700miles. I havent beaten the crap out of the car or road raced it. I don't drive slow, but I don't drive that aggressive either.

Thanks for your help guys!
i have about 2500 miles on my car now and it will sometimes squeak in reverse as well as forward any one know what this could be?

I fixed that problem by going fast in reverse and stoping a couple times, they don't squeak no more
