Question Having a hard time making a decision.

I've got $1,100 dollars to spend. The bad news is it is the form of a gift certificate to Carquest. More good news the local Carquest guy said he'll order me anything I want if I give him a website and a part number. I'm good on tools so no need for them.

Here is where I'm having a hard time. Engine wise I currently have a DP, HFC, catback, Comp cams, K&N drop in, boost gauge, fuel pressure gauge, (wideband O2 on the way) and, a custom tune (flash) from Vishnu on my 03 VIII. I've got Eibach springs, ferodo pads and, stainless brake lines. I'm also building a cat delete, LICP, and a battery relocation kit.

I don't know if I should get a few little things or one fairly expensive one. Which leads me to another problem. I currently have no way to tune for parts as I add them.

I plan on getting the MR diverter valve because I'm pretty sure mine is leaking. That one is pretty much a given.

So, here is where I'm having a hard time:

Do I get an Exede to be able to tune for future mods?
Nisei IC?
TME turbo and O2 housing? which is what I really want but, still leaves me with the "How do I tune for it issue?"
10.5 hotside, o2 housing, boost controller, Meth injection and, some type of tune, maybe a tactrix cable and have at it myself?
Work CR Kai's?
Flywheel and upgraded clutch in preparation for replacement. There is nothing wrong with my clutch but, do like the idea of a lightweight flywheel

Don't forget to add a Walbro fuel pump along with whatever you do. YOu should already have one with all those current mods...

What you do with the rest is up to you - depends on what you want out of your car.

I think I'm going to end up going with the Exede w/SMART. It is so hard finding someone local to tune the factory ECU everytime I add something and I could have almost bought an Exede for what I've got in reflashes.

I'll probably do the TME sometime after that.

Have you thought about a front LSD? That could very well be one of my first mods once I pick up my 03.

10.5 hotside, o2 housing, boost controller, Meth injection, and EcuFlash is your best bet. You can get a base map off anyone in the EcuFlash forum, and go from there.

If you have money left over get ported/coated exaust manifold from BR also.

This would net you mid-low 11's with good driving.
