It the sign from God telling you to get the APR spoiler instead.
Good thing about owning an evo is that you can always upgrade when something gets damaged.

 

That absolutely sucks but if it's any consolation, the spoiler strikes me as the one place I would want to have keyed, if anywhere. Why? Because you can pull it off and drop it off at the body shop for refinishing, while still being able to drive your car. Try that with the doors or fenders or hood.

 

I don't see enough evidence to suggest they wrong-doer would of known your car was linked to you doing work at Midnight. I believe, it's most likely a jealous person. Tell him to not hate the player....hate the game!

 

Thanks for all the advice guys. BTW. I wasnt making noise, I was just painting. I'm not an @ss, so I knew not to make noise at that time (cabinets were put in earlier that day). There are always these shady punks hanging around the parking lot at night, and everytime I go home, the stare at my car. I'm pretty sure it was them, but WTF can i do, absolutly nothing.
Yea, its a pretty deep scratch, but it didn't get down to the CF part, so sanding and clear will probably take care of it, but that like $100-$200 I have to spend for something I should have to.
