SOMEONE KEY MY F@CKEN CAR!!! I just bought it 4 months ago, WTF? I was working late at my condo (remodling), at around mdnight, I got in it and drove home, and parked in my garage. Today I get up to continue with the remodling and what do I see... my entire spoiler is keyed!!!!!
If I would have caught the punk that did that, I would have ****en nailed him to the walls along with the cabinets I was putting up.

Whats the best way to cover up the scratch? Ist on the CF piece of the spoiler going all the way across, pretty deep

 

sell your spoiler to me, i need one. haha jk. theres not much you can do if its really deep besides repaint the carbon portion.

 

Maybe someone was bitter from the noise at midnight..... That is lame though, no one should ever do that (key your car that is.... but I would be bitter if my neighbor was remodeling at midnight too, I wouldnt key your car though, I'd yell at u) But I dont know, maybe you werent making noise.

 

Take it to a body shop and have it sanded and re-cleared.

You were remodeling your condo at midnight? During the week? I'm sure all the other residents were realy happy with you. While I would never do something like that, I doubt your keyjob was a result of an Evo hater.

 

maybe it was a true accident... well, at least that way you wont feel the rage that most of us choke on.

 

Call insurance and ask them what you should do. If you have a low deductable you you can go through insurance thats what I did when my hood got keyed on my turboed civic!

No alarm in the car? If you fart next to mine, it goes off!! It's a Viper something-or-the other with the LCD screen as a keychain. Cost $500, but after the vandalism to my BMW 330Ci, I had to put one on all the cars.

 

Depending on the damage, you may be able to buff it out with an orbital polisher. I buffed scratches out of mine. It took some patience, but it was worth the effort.

you can have it buffed if their light scratches or just have a bodyshop reclear the spoiler if the scratch isnt into the carbon fiber! unless you have a $0 deductible i wouldnt call your insurance or you will just pay in the end! that sucks man try to keep the noise down workin late at night though damn....

 

my security system is so sensitive that is will tell me someone is near if u are 6 ft from the car, it pages my remote that has 1.25 mile range in an open field so realisticly 1/4 mile in shopping areas or dinner places which is more than enough range.. Its a Compustar and man i have caught people dickin with my car and yes its an enraging feeling when u catch them so dont hurtem to much... get a good security system and a nice club under your seat so u can beat them... I have caught **** almost go down on my car like 3 times now, once had a fight but won cause we are awsome like that

 

sucks man. i just got done putting alot of money into my car on the looks of it. well not even 1 mouth go's by and my car looks like **** because someone desided they dident like it. there to ***** to come to my face. i think people like that are lil chicken ****s and have no life. but dont worry when there doing 140 on the highway and reck there car and kill them selfs i wont even think twice about it because if i dont kill them someone else will. im still highly pissed so i feel your pain. if you live near by we can meet up. il see if i can help you out.
