ACD problem
ACD problem
I have a problem with my ACD, if I drive my EVO over 60 mph for long time all ACD lights goes on witch mean it is disconnected
Turning the key off will reset the lights
According to the manual it is possible to do so if the temp. Is to low, but in my country it is 110 - 140 F in these days
So please what could be the reason , conceder that it has only 4000 miles and it is not covered by warranty in my country.

I have the EXACT same problem.
Used to only happen with the headlights on, then if I shut the headlights off, the 3 lights would go off, and it'd be back to the single light.
Now, for the past month, all three lights come on after 15-20 minutes of highway driving. They stay off if it's slower, around town type driving. But out on the highway, they turn on every time now...
I was thinking the ACD pump is shot. I've bled the system and it didn't change anything...
I would love to solve this issue.

What turbo timer and harness are you using?
Why doesnt the car have warranty?
Per manual, if all the lights come on it means the ACD is not working properly.
I would take it to a mitsu tech and have it checked out.
Do not just keep resetting the ecu. It's only a temporary fix.
I wouldn't keep driving like that.

You got a fix for my issue?
all 3 lights came on on me once after i washed my car, but after shutting it down and starting it again later, they went off and haven't lit up since. weird, huh? i checked the fluid and it was fine and my tranny/transfer case have never been removed so i don't know what caused this, maybe some water from washing in one of the ACD pump harnesses?
