evo9 mr the price is going up~why

evo9 mr the price is going up~why

i went to couple of dealership in NYC.
they dont wanna go below not even $36k.........
they seems they dont wanna sell it at all below sticker price........
i thought califonia south bay dealer they let it got for 34k.............

why !?????? i would buy it for 35k...............not 36 37............

Id tell em to go screw themselves! I was just at Mitsu dealership here in Atlanta and they are going for 34k on the sticker!

should be MSRP easy enough. That might change later in the year. MR's are no longer in production, plenty on the boats and in inventory though but come Sept. getting one will be harder and thats when the dealers add the 'markup'.

No Evos for 2007 is only going to add to the scarcity. Currently even in the SoCal market deals can be had on MR's.

At a dealer in NJ they were marked up to over 37k. Something to consider is that maybe the MR's that go for 34k have none of the options available for MR's; and some dealers try getting you to commit to a low price and then hit you hard with extra and inflated charges. 34k could turn into 38k before you're out the door.

maybe the MR's that go for 34k have none of the options available for MR's;
MR package and zero lift.

I should be going on saturday to buy mine, 06 GG MR.

If the price looks like that, it will stay on the lot.

They're actually advertised for $32,999 in socal through southcoast. Including the zero lift and MR package.

Adds Front chin spoiler, vortex generators, aluminum shift knob, 3 gauges, wickerbill for the rear spoiler, brake cooling ducts, and maybe I'm forgetting something... oh.. the "MR" badge under the shifter. (oooh)

Good deals will be harder to find once the inventory starts to get low. Dealers know they won't see the Evo X for 16-18 months.

good deals won't be harder to find - if they're not selling now they're not going to sell later. The E46 M3 just went out of production and the discounts were getting bigger and bigger the closer to the end it got.
