Thats funny because mark had this same manifold on his car before he did his SBR turbo kit and he dyno'd it to gain 17 hp and 31 lbs..
How does the buschur racing on create power then, becuase they put thier name on it?
Last time i check tubular and equal length = better responsive accurate flow which in part = more power.... My top end just after install with no tune no mbc feels like its pulling alot harder to the end of each gear and on quick shifts the power still feels like it is there...

so this manifold will not spool my turbo up any faster than?

Im emailing all the companies-- JIC,DNP,MR,borla,BR ect. and telling them to hault production on exhaust manifolds because, im sure they have not heard the news yet, that a manifold is not a power gaining mod...

REASON FOR THE THREAD WAS NOT TO DECIDE IF MY MOD PICKING DECISIONS WERE CORRECT THEY WERE TO ASK IF OTHERS HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH 02 SENSORS / TURBO BOLTS

When I changed mine out, I think I managed to get one heat shield bolt out, every other broke and I had to use an air hammer(yes hammer, cut it off) on one......and all the bolts I am talking are only the heat shield bolts, not manifold nuts.

i knew that these bolts were at an area of high heat so i didn't run the car for like a day and a half... i got mine off by myself and put the new manifold on in about two and a half hours... all the bolts came out fine and everything went on nicely... the only regret that i have is that the manifold is now a murky brown... but its all good...

Because some people can make 400-500whp on a Megan for $194 from TTP. Hmmm.

^Scott, come on, you know your car could make 500whp with the stock manifold too, out of curiosity did you ever try the stocker once making a good bit of hp? I'm sure you could swap it on there and still make very good power, heck add some nitrous and make 600. I never said you could not make X whp with this piece, nor they limited your power, just that they do not improve power over stock.

I had the same problem with my IX. Tried to remove the rear O2 sensor after only 200 miles on the car. I even bought a special O2 sensor wrench. Wouldn't break loose, even if stood on the ratchet. The body of the sensor ended up twisting. I had to buy a new one. The downpipe to O2 housing bolts were also tough to remove. I had to use a tap to clean up the threads, since the bolts looked half way stripped after removing them.

When turbo manifold fastners come out they become seized as the extreme heat can result in accelerated corosion and bonding of metals

j/k chad.. I will be out there in a week and will give you a call!

as for the manifold and O2 housing we saw teens HP gains and alot of tq gains with back to back runs without it, then with the DNP parts.
